La PSW 800-2,88 de GW Instek est une alimentation de laboratoire programmable idéale pour tester, par exemple, un dispositif sous test (DUT). L'alimentation de laboratoire dispose des modes tension constante (CV) et courant constant (CC), qui sont utiles pour la protection des objets sous test, en particulier dans l'industrie des batteries et des DEL. L'alimentation électrique de 800 V dispose d'un refroidissement actif et d'une commande analogique, avec une vitesse de balayage réglable. Une autre caractéristique utile des modèles PSW est qu'ils peuvent fonctionner en parallèle (jusqu'à 3 unités), ce qui permet d'augmenter le courant total. Il convient de noter que les modèles PSW 800, contrairement à la plupart des autres modèles PSW, ne peuvent pas fonctionner en série.
