Engineered for craftsmen, automotive specialists, and discerning DIYers who demand superior performance and a pristine work environment, this 150 mm disc is a revolutionary step forward in abrasive technology. It is the ideal choice for use with your orbital sander or polisher, delivering consistent, high-quality results on a multitude of surfaces.Experience the Benefits of Advanced Sanding TechnologyThe ABRASIENNE MAB.150.180 is not just another piece of sandpaper, it´s a complete sanding solution designed for maximum efficiency and longevity. Its most groundbreaking feature is an innovative open mesh structure. This design facilitates exceptional, near-total dust suction when connected to a vacuum system. This leads to a virtually dust-free workspace, enhancing visibility of the work surface, protecting your health from airborne particles, and preventing the abrasive from clogging. Because clogging is drastically reduced, the disc maintains its cutting power for far longer than conventional sandpapers, extending its operational life. Furthermore, this advanced disc is fully washable, allowing you to rinse it clean and reuse it, delivering outstanding long-term value.Engineered to perform under pressure, this sanding disc is specifically designed to reduce and dissipate heat during operation. This crucial benefit prevents burning or discoloration on sensitive surfaces like paints, gloss finishes, and delicate woods. The cooler sanding process also preserves the integrity of the disc itself, preventing the bond from failing and ensuring a consistent finish from start to finish. This disc masterfully balances flexibility and rigidity. Its flexible construction allows it to conform effortlessly to curved, contoured, and irregular surfaces without cracking or breaking, ensuring a uniform finish in even the most challenging areas. Simultaneously, it maintains a critical level of rigidity, preventing it from deforming or dishing on flat surfaces. This ensures an even, true cut, which is essential for achieving a perfectly level and smooth foundation for paints and topcoats.Premium Construction for Uncompromising PerformanceBuilt for durability and aggressive, yet fine, material removal, this disc utilizes a premium ceramic grit. Ceramic abrasives are renowned for their hardness and self-sharpening properties, providing a consistently sharp cut and a significantly longer lifespan than standard abrasives. The grains are secured with a powerful resin-on-resin bond, which anchors them firmly to the backing. This robust bonding system withstands the friction and heat of high-speed machine sanding, preventing premature grain shedding and ensuring reliable performance throughout the disc´s life. For ultimate convenience, the disc features a self-adhering hook and loop laminate, allowing for quick, easy, and secure attachment to any compatible 150 mm backing pad on your polisher or sander.Unmatched Versatility for Numerous ApplicationsThe ABRASIENNE MAB.150.180 is the ultimate multi-purpose sanding disc for professionals. Its 180-grit rating is perfect for fine sanding and final surface preparation before finishing. It is highly effective for both dry hand sanding and intensive machine sanding tasks. Its versatility makes it an indispensable accessory for a wide range of applications, including:* Sanding and feathering paints, primers, and clear coats.* Preparing high-gloss surfaces for polishing.* Smoothing body putty, fillers, and plaster.* Finishing gypsum board, drywall, and joint compounds for seamless walls.* Fine sanding of all types of wood, from softwoods to hardwoods.Features:- Open Mesh That Allows Efficient Dust Suction.
