KauflandPaul Cézanne (1839-1906) était un peintre français considéré comme l'un des plus grands post-impressionnistes. L'uvre reproduite ici est Pots de terre cuite et fleurs (1891-1892), qui a permis à Cézanne d'entrer dans un nouveau monde, celui de la nature morte. Ici, il dispose des objets quotidiens, dont un pichet, avec des géraniums en pot. Nous sommes honorés de présenter cette peinture de la Fondation Barnes en tant que première publication de notre collection commune.
